Lori's Mission "To inspire people to live peaceful, purposeful, balanced lives"
Lori speaks to teens and gives them easy to use techniques to deal with stress and make life more fun. She shares her story to help students improve body image, embrace the package they came in, increase self-worth and their knowledge of diet and nutrition need for balance to be successful in life. Lori is on a crusade to build awareness on the devastating effects of eating disorders and eliminate the stigma associated with them. Her goal is to help students develop coping skills and avoid addictive behaviors. |

An entertaining and humorous speaker Lori shares her personal story of self-healing and recovery in her speeches. Sometimes she serenades them with her songs. Lori challenges teens to embrace their personal power and live life consciously.
