Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified - EDNOS

EDNOS or eating disorders not otherwise specified is also a clinical, diagnosable eating disorder. This is a catch all diagnosis for all forms of "disordered eating" that do not meet the clinical definition of anorexia or bulimia.

This symptoms of EDNOS could include a woman who displays all the symptoms of anorexia but still has her periods. Or an individual that severely restricts their food intake but isn't underweight. Or an individual that purges their food, but doesn't binge.
